Social account data deletion

You can remove a connected Facebook or Instagram account from GotReach at any time. Open GotReach, go to Settings, choose Social Accounts, select the account, and choose Disconnect.

Disconnecting removes the stored Meta access credential and stops publishing, analytics refreshes, inbox activity, and webhook processing for that account.

If you cannot access your GotReach account, email support@gotreach.com and ask us to remove your connected social account data.
